AAsum Nari is a community initiative focused on perimenopause, menopause, and women’s wellbeing —
blending science, culture, and lived wisdom.
Our goal is simple: to listen, to learn, and share this wisdom — so we feel informed, prepared, and never alone.
Why AAsum Nari exists
For many women, this transition arrives with questions we didn’t expect — and sometimes without the language,
support, or preparation we deserved. In many cultures, we’re taught to “push through” quietly. Even in the U.S.,
women often feel dismissed, rushed, or left to figure it out alone.
I created AAsum Nari because I believe women deserve something better: clear information, culturally-aware
conversations, and real stories we can learn from — not shame, silence, or confusion.
What we do
Project 100: collecting 100 real stories from women in perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
Community workshops: creating safe spaces for questions, reflection, and shared learning.
Education & awareness: bridging modern research with lived experience and cultural context.
AAsum Nari is not medical advice — it’s a space for storytelling, learning, and empowerment.
